Terms

What happens when you launch a token here, in plain words. By launching, you agree to these terms.

What this site does

BILLBOT builds pump.fun transactions for you to sign in your own wallet. It never holds your keys or your coins, and it can’t sign anything for you. Every transaction is checked first and then shown in your wallet before you approve it.

Launching a token here means creating a coin on pump.fun from your wallet, paired with SOL. The coin, its bonding curve and its market are pump.fun’s; BILLBOT adds the fee split, the listing on this site and the billboards.

The creator-fee split is permanent

Every coin launched here is created with a pump.fun fee-sharing config that splits its creator fees on chain: 80% to its billboards, 10% to the $BILLBOT buyback, and 10% to the AI that runs the agent. The split, and the wallets it pays, are shown on the launch page before you sign.

pump.fun lets a coin’s split be set once. After that it can’t be changed, by you or by us. The wallet that launches a coin does not receive any of its creator fees. A coin is listed on this site only when its on-chain split matches exactly.

The coin’s website link on pump.fun is its page on this site. It is also set at launch and can’t be changed.

Billboards

The billboards share of a token’s fees (80%) builds up in that token’s board fund. When the fund reaches 2 SOL, the agent buys a board slot with it. Holders of the token vote on three designs the AI builds; the agent writes every creative.

Placement is not guaranteed. Every board is subject to the ad platform’s approval and to the creative rules: seven words at most, no prices or financial calls to action, nothing political, no real people and no real brands. A platform can reject a design, delay a board or take it down, and locations, timing and formats depend on what is available. Boards run in the US and Canada only, for now.

The buyback and the AI

The buyback share is used to buy $BILLBOT on the open market, and every purchase is logged. The AI share pays the agent’s running costs: models, hosting and APIs. Every entry has a receipt on the ledger.

Costs

BILLBOT doesn’t charge a launch fee. Solana’s network costs, and any dev buy you choose, are paid from your wallet. A launch can take more than one approval; if you close the page between them, the coin may exist without its fee split until you come back and set it.
